About UNAMS
The Uganda North American Medical Society (UNAMS) aims to foster excellence in healthcare by uniting Ugandan medical professionals in North America and supporting medical initiatives in Uganda. The organization seeks to enhance the health and well-being of underserved communities in Uganda by addressing preventable diseases, improving medical standards, and delivering direct medical aid through collaborative missions.
To unite and empower healthcare professionals and support personnel resident in North America but with an interest in Uganda, to enhance health outcomes and uplift underprivileged communities through collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
To improve healthcare and community well-being by fostering professional growth, compassionate care, and equitable access, while building a network of healthcare leaders committed to excellence and volunteer service.
