Health Fairs:

As part of our ongoing commitment to community outreach and preventive care, UNAMS organizes Health Fairs that bring together healthcare professionals, community advocates, and volunteers to provide free health screenings, wellness education, and preventive care services. These events are designed to increase health awareness, promote early detection of common conditions, and connect participants to appropriate follow-up care and community resources.

At the 2025 Uganda North American Association (UNAA) Convention in New Orleans, the Uganda North American Medical Society (UNAMS) successfully delivered a comprehensive Community Health Fair focused on prevention, early detection, and culturally sensitive health education for the Uganda diaspora community.
Our medical team comprised of physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses.
